One setup fee
Covers configuring the automation for your business, connecting your tools and testing it with you.
One monthly care plan
Monitoring, fixes when platforms change, updates, and a set number of edit hours each month.
Half now, half at launch
Pay 50% of the setup fee to start and 50% when your automation goes live. The care plan starts at launch.
Delivery from your form
The delivery clock starts once your onboarding form is complete and access is granted.
Need something the plans don't cover?
Common extras are fixed-price add-ons. Anything unique to your business is $85 an hour or a fixed quote, agreed before we start.
Costs you pay providers directly.
The accounts are in your name, so these bills go straight to you, at cost.

Why a setup fee and a monthly fee?
The setup fee covers building the automation for your business. The monthly care plan keeps it monitored, fixed and up to date after launch.
Is pricing the same for every business?
Each automation has three plans sized by team, channels and volume. Larger or unusual setups get a fixed written quote after a discovery call.
What does customisation cost?

Can I cancel?
After the minimum term, yes. The automation keeps running in your accounts; we stop monitoring and updating it.
