Payment terms

Setup fee
Each automation plan has a one-time setup fee. You pay 50% when you order and the remaining 50% when your automation goes live.
When delivery starts
Delivery times start once your onboarding form is complete and access to the required accounts has been granted, not on the day of payment.
Monthly care plan
The care plan starts on the day your automation goes live and is billed monthly. Instant Responder and Qualifier & Booker have a 3-month minimum term; Full Lead Engine has a 6-month minimum term. After the minimum term you can cancel at any time.
Add-ons and custom work
Add-ons are billed at the fixed prices shown at checkout. Custom work is billed at $85 an hour or a fixed quote that you approve in writing before work starts. Unused care-plan edit hours don't roll over.
Costs paid to providers
Services held in your name, such as n8n, your AI provider, WhatsApp Business and SMS, are billed to you directly by those providers and are not part of Maquana's fees.
Cancelling
If you cancel the care plan, your automation keeps running in your accounts; we stop monitoring, fixing and updating it. To cancel an order before go-live or ask about a refund, email us and we'll respond under the terms of your order.
Payment processing
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Maquana never sees or stores your full card number.
