Privacy Policy

• Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID.
• Onboarding answers: company, role, website, country, industry, team size, the problem you want solved, how you heard about us, and whether you opted in to marketing emails (with the time you opted in).
• Waitlist sign-ups: name, work email, company, industry and anything you tell us about how you'd use the automation.
• Orders: the plan and add-ons you choose, amounts, and your Stripe payment reference. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Where you came from (only with analytics consent): the ad, link or page that first brought you to the site, stored in your browser.
• Bookings: details you give when booking a call through Cal.com.

• To create your account and deliver what you ordered (performing our contract with you).
• To answer your questions and run calls you booked (performing a contract, or our legitimate interest).
• To tell you when a waitlisted automation opens (your request).
• To send updates and offers, only if you ticked the marketing box (your consent, which you can withdraw).
• To measure which pages and ads work, only if you allowed analytics or marketing cookies (your consent).
• To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).

• Google, for sign-in.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Cal.com, for call bookings.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the website.
• Our own workflow tools (n8n) and our lead records, which store sign-ups, waitlist entries and orders.

Account and order records are kept while you are a customer and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Waitlist and enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Marketing consent records are kept for as long as we email you, plus the period we need to prove consent.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

California residents: we do not sell personal information. You can opt out of sharing for advertising through “Your privacy choices” in the footer, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
